Comparison rates on our website are based on a secured loan of $150,000 over a term of 25 years and it is placed our website for educational purpose only and provided as an example and example given. Comparison rate depends on many factors such as the amount of mortgage and loan term. Some of the costs can have an impact in the comparison rate but have not been included into calculations (i.e. early repayment fee, redraw fee, cost of savings etc.)
